The concept came to fruition when Ali was building a custom gaming computer, and ran into an issue that prevented the computer from booting no matter what Ali did. Ali took to many forums, including Reddit, Microsoft, and MSI. After providing all the specifications of the build, all the troubleshooting steps he had taken, and resources, no one was able to help him. That is when Ali knew, there needed to be a spot where the community could go to post and talk about weird issues that are not documented anywhere.
